THE COTTAGE
Situated by one of the most beautiful viewpoints in the South Hams, on a hillside overlooking the Salcombe Estuary, this lovely cottage has been in our family for three generations.
Step outside the front door a few paces and the estuary is spread below you, looking across at Salcombe to the west and Kingsbridge to the north. On a clear day you can even see Dartmoor in the distance.
The first bedroom
With stunning views out to the Estuary, this double bedroom includes two armchairs from which you can watch the sunset.
The cosy living space
On the ground floor of the cottage you will find the cosy living/dining room, a well equipped galley kitchen and bathroom.

With stunning views out to the estuary the light and airy living/dining room is set up with two small sofas, a smart TV and a table for four.
The second bedroom
This cosy double bedroom benefits from a comfy sofa where you can relax and read a book.
The garden
A metre or two walk from the front porch, over a low wall, you will find April Cottage's steeply-sloping garden, which benefits from a sheltered sun terrace. In the summer house (pictured) you will find a pair of deckchairs and a table and chairs for al fresco dining.
